To change the oil filter in a Citreon Berling 1.6 hdi first located the oil plug under the vehicle. Put a pan under the oil plug to catch any oil that will drip down. Unscrew the oil plug.
I would never advise mixing oil types or brands.. and buy the best oil you can afford as the robust nature of the 1.9d relies on regular oil and filter changes as well as a good engine flush once a year.
